2. Services

This website provides:

• Tattoo portfolio & design previews;

• Tattoo booking request and contact form;

• Sale of coupons.

Vouchers are issued by Via Tattoo can be used for Via Tattoo services only.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including tattoo designs, photos, sketches, text, graphics, and layout belongs to Via Tattoo.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute designs;

• Use tattoo templates without booking the service;

• Download or screenshot designs for tattooing elsewhere;

• Falsificate coupons and their amounts.

Legal action may be taken for unauthorized reproduction.

4. Coupons

• Coupons can be purchased via www.viatattoo.com;

• They are paid online through Wix secure payment providers;

• Coupons are delivered digitally to your email;

• An amount, unique code & expiration date apply;

• Coupons are redeemed in person only.

Coupons are non-refundable.

5. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are arranged personally through email, social media, contact or the request form - approval and final date are agreed individually. To confirm a session, a deposit may be required. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in losing the deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tattoo results vary. Tattooing involves a small risk of allergic reactions, infections, or other complications. By booking a tattoo, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks. Clients are responsible for proper aftercare instructions provided during appointment. Aftercare instructions are also available on the website in the information section "after".

7. Client Responsibility

Before each tattoo session, clients must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have written parental consent);

• Be sober and in good health;

• Inform the artist about allergies, skin conditions, or medications.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or ethical concerns arise.

We may update this Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect upon publishing on www.viatattoo.com.
